  • I offer in-person sessions in Beverly Hills, CA. For those in the Los Angeles area, you have the option of choosing in-person sessions or having telehealth/virtual sessions. Virtual Sessions are available to those who live in California and Washington State.

  • I hold licensure in California and Washington state, meaning I am able to have clients who reside in either state. However, if you don’t live in either CA or WA, we will not be able to work together.

  • You don’t want to deal with traffic, find parking, and feel rushed going into session. With online therapy, you will be sent a HIPAA compliant video link, where session will be held.

  • Yes! I am an American Association of Marriage and Family Therapy (AAMFT) Approved Supervisor and I am able to to take on supervisees. If you are interested in supervision, email me to get started.

  • Sessions are 45-50 minutes with a out of network calculator fee starting at $250 per session.

    If you have insurance, you can use this out of network calculator to see how much your provider will reimburse you. Typically, providers will reimburse 60-80% of session costs!

  • If appropriate, I will provide you with monthly invoices called a “super bill” that will include all of the necessary information for your claims to be processed. In some cases, you may be eligible to use out of network insurance benefits.

    You will be responsible for paying for each session in full at the time of the appointment.

    You can use this out of network reimburse my calculator below to get an individualized estimate of what your cost will be using your out of network benefits. Typically, they typically will reimburse you for 60 to 80% of the cost of each session depending on your specific plan.

    Your out-of-network benefits are usually listed in the Summary of Benefits information on your insurance company’s website. It’s always a good idea to call the number on the back of your health insurance card listed under Member Services.

    You can ask them the following questions:

    Do I have out-of-network outpatient mental health

    coverage? Am I able to use these benefits for telehealth?

    What is my out-of-network deductible?

    How much of my deductible has been met this year?

    What percentage of outpatient psychotherapy sessions are covered per session?

    How much will I be reimbursed for a 45 minute psychotherapy session (CPT code: 90834)?

    How do I submit claim forms for reimbursement?

    How long does it take for me to receive reimbursement?

  • Whether you’ve been to therapy before or are just starting out, the first session can cause some butterflies. Typically, we go over the informed consent, confidentiality and its limitations, and I get to know you.
